Can we also adopt some of the wording from Senator Spivak's motion in terms of the cost-benefit analysis, whether we say that we want to undertake one ourselves or do we put it into a framework of asking the government to do so, although I prefer not to ask cabinet to undertake that analysis but to further the notion that we follow up on Senator Spivak's excellent motion?
