4. déplore cependant les montants limités des augmentations proposées dans le projet de budget rectificatif nº 5/2015, qui ne correspondent pas aux besoins réels eu égard à la crise actuelle en Méditerranée qui risque encore de s'aggraver, au risque croissant d'un afflux de réfugiés ukrainiens et à la nécessité de s'attaquer aux problèmes migratoires en général; souligne toutefois la nécessité d'un contrôle strict de la destination de ces fonds et, par conséquent, d'un surcroît de transparence en ce qui concerne les procédures de passation de marchés et de sous-traitance, compte tenu des différentes enquêtes concernant plusieurs abus constatés dans les États membres;
4. Regrets however the limited amount of the increases proposed in Draft amending budget No 5/2015, which do not correspond to the actual needs given the ongoing and probably worsening crisis in the Mediterranean, the growing risk of an increase in refugees from Ukraine and the necessity to address migratory challenges in general; underlines however the need for a strict control on the destination of those funds and consequently more transparency when it comes to contract and subcontract procedures, taking into account the various investigations concerning several abuses discovered in Member States;
