7. estime que la proposition d'augmentation des CP de 6,8 % par rapport à 2012 constitue une première réponse à la demande du Parlement en faveur d'une budgétisation responsable et réaliste; observe que les augmentations des paiements sont concentrées dans les domaines de la compétitivité et de la cohésion, en raison d'un niveau plus élevé des créances attendues en raison des projets en cours dans ces domaines; approuve pleinement cette augmentation, laquelle résulte non seulement des engagements antérieurs qui doivent être honorés mais également de la mise en œuvre effective de programmes, laquelle devrait atteindre, pendant la dernière année du CFP actuel, sa vitesse de croisière; invite la Commission à vérifier auprès des États membres que leur estimation des demandes d'augmentation de paiements est exacte et réaliste;
7. Views the proposed increase of 6.8 % in PA compared to 2012 as an initial response to Parliament's call for responsible and realistic budgeting; notes that the increases in payments are concentrated in the areas of competitiveness and cohesion, owing to a greater level of claims expected by running projects in these fields; fully endorses this increase, which is the result not only of past commitments that need to be honoured but also of the actual implementation of programmes, which is expected to reach cruising speed by the last year of the current MFF; calls on the Commission to verify with the Member States that their estimated demands for payment increases are accurate and realistic;
