TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Les deux décisions de la première chambre de recours de l’Office de l’harmonisation dans le marché intérieur (OHMI) du 10 avril 2013 (respectivement affaires R 427/2012-1 et R 430/2012-1) sont annulées dans la mesure où elles ont rejeté les demandes d’enregistrement, respectivement, du signe verbal DAISY et du signe verbal MARGARITAS comme marques communautaires, pour les produits suivants: «confiserie, pâtisserie, sucreries, caramels mous, guimauve, caramels, gommes à mâcher, gélatine (confiserie), réglisse, sucettes, toffee, pastille, sucre, chocolat, cacao».
Annuls the two decisions of the First Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) of 10 April 2013 (Cases R 427/2012-1 and R 430/2012-1), in so far as they rejected the applications for registration of the word sign DAISY and the word sign MARGARITAS as Community trade marks in respect of the following goods: ‘confectionery, pastries, sweets, soft caramels, marshmallows, caramels, chewing gum, gelatine (confectionery), liquorice, lollipops, toffee, pastilles, sugar, chocolate, cocoa’;

Il convient par conséquent d’adapter le modèle de certificat vétérinaire relatif aux œufs (E) figurant à l’annexe I, partie 2, du règlement (CE) no 798/2008 en tenant compte du règlement d’exécution (UE) no 427/2012.
Accordingly the model veterinary certificate for eggs (E) set out in Part 2 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 798/2008 should be amended in order to take account of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 427/2012.

Le règlement d’exécution (UE) no 427/2012 de la Commission (10) autorise le Danemark à appliquer les garanties spéciales en matière de salmonelles établies dans le règlement (CE) no 853/2004 pour les œufs destinés à être expédiés vers cet État membre.
