Le service juridique prépare encore son avis sur le sujet, mais nous ne pouvons exclure la possibilité qu’au final, nous devions le considérer comme un accord mixte, ce qui impliquerait que tous les parlements nationaux devraient également le ratifier, et ce qui pourrait aussi avoir - pour répondre à la question de Niccolò Rinaldi - des conséquences sur la procédure de vote au Conseil.
The Legal Service is still preparing an opinion on that, but we cannot rule out the possibility that in the end, we will have to consider this a mixed agreement, which implies that all the national parliaments will also have to ratify it, and which could also have – in reply to Niccolò Rinaldi’s question – consequences for the voting procedure in Council.
