Je tiens simplement à dire que, à mon avis, votre comité devrait formuler une recommandation ferme au gouvernement pour qu'il modifie ce projet de loi, en disant que puisque Air Canada détient le monopole avec sa compagnie offrant un service complet, il faudrait permettre à d'autres compagnies d'offrir des produits différents sans qu'Air Canada essaie de tout faire en même temps, puisqu'elle ne peut pas vraiment le justifier du point de vue financier.
But I want to make the point that I feel the government should have a strong recommendation from this committee to go back and amend that legislation, that as they have the monopoly in the full-service side, the others should be allowed to offer different products without their trying to be everything to everyone, when they cannot really financially justify it.
