Après discussion avec la Commission, le gouvernement grec a imposé à l'entreprise intéressée un certain nombre de nouvelles conditions importantes, notamment : - la mise en oeuvre d'un programme énergique de restructuration et de réorganisation économique prévoyant notamment une réduction de 25 % de la capacité de tissage et excluant toute augmentation de capacité dans un secteur quelconque avant 1991 ; - un programme d'investissement fortement accru qui sera financé uniquement par les ressources propres de l'entreprise ; - le paiement aux actionnaires, à la Banque nationale de Grèce et à l'organisation pour la reconstruction des entreprises d'un dividende garanti sur le capital risque ; - aucune nouvelle aide ne pourra être octroyée à l'entreprise sans l'approbation préalable de la Commission ; La Commission estime que les modifications introduites rendent l'aide en question conforme aux encadrements communautaires en matière d'aides au secteur du textile et de l'habillement.
Following discussions with the Commission, the Greek Government has introduced a number of important new conditions to be met by the company such as : - the introduction of a sound economic restructuring and re-organisation programme which includes a 25 % reduction in weaving production capacity and no increase in capacity in any area of production before 1991 ; - a significantly expanded investment programme to be financed entirely from the company's own resources ; - the payment of a guaranteed dividend on equity capital to the shareholders, the national Bank of Greece and the Business Reconstruction Organisation ; - no further aid may be paid to the company without prior Commission approval. The Commission considers that the changes introduced into the aid bring it into conformity with the Community guidelines on aid to the textile and clothing sector.
