Well, the Supreme Court of Canada has already told us that if you take certain bodily substances and you take them surreptitiously or in some fashion where you use force, or you don't have some prior form of authorization, then you're going to be subject to a situation where that information is going to either violate the charter.It will, therefore, be inadmissible, and you can't use it in court to convict somebody.
