Il me semble qu'on a suffisamment débattu de l'amendement principal, et je me demande si vous pourriez décider que, si l'opposition souhaite poursuivre le débat, elle ne soulève que des points nouveaux qui n'ont pas encore été soulevés au cours du débat qui a précédé le dépôt du sous-amendement.
I think there was sufficiently full debate on the main amendment, and I wonder if you could make a ruling that if the opposition wishes to debate further, it raise only new points we have not heard in the previous debate, prior to the introduction of the subamendment.
