The Commission under Article 66 ECSC Treaty, has authorized Thyssen Sonnenberg GmbH, Duisburg, to acquire 50 % of the shares of Ferrum WRG Weissblech Recycling GmbH (WRG), a company which was recently founded by Ferrum GmbH, Saarbrüecken (Ferrum), to recover steel scrap in Berlin and sell it to local steelworks.
