Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1152/2011 of 14 July 2011 supplementing Regulation (EC) No 998/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards preventive health measures for the control of Echinococcus multilocularis infection in dogs provides that from 1 January 2012, dogs entering Member States or parts thereof listed in Annex I thereto are to be treated against the parasite Echinococcus multilocularis in accordance with the requirements set out in that Regulation.

10. accueille très favorablement le rapport des Nations unies du 25 janvier 2011 en mettant en lumière les vingt-cinq propositions formulées par Jack Lang, conseiller spécial du Secrétaire général des Nations unies sur les questions juridiques liées à la piraterie au large de la Somalie; accueille aussi favorablement les rapports de suivi de Jack Lang tels que le rapport sur les modalités de création de tribunaux somaliens spécialisés contre la piraterie du 15 juin 2011 et le rapport du Secrétaire général du 20 janvier 2012 sur des tribunaux spécialisés dans la lutte contre la piraterie en Somalie et dans d'autres États de la région; prie instamment la VP/HR, le RSUE et les trois chefs de mission ou de délégation d'agir en priorité à partir des propositions de Jack Lang et d'élaborer une stratégie pour la contribution de l'Union à l'approche internationale de la justice pénale sur le territoire de la Somalie;

Strongly welcomes the UN report dated 25 January 2011 highlighting 25 proposals made by Jack Lang, Special Adviser to the UN Secretary-General on legal issues related to piracy off the coast of Somalia; also welcomes the relevant follow-up reports by Jack Lang such as the report on the modalities for the establishment of specialised Somali anti-piracy courts of 15 June 2011 and the report of the Secretary-General on specialised anti-piracy courts in Somalia and other states in the region of 20 January 2012; urges the HR/VP, the EUSR and the three HoMs and HoDs to act on the proposals made by Jack Lang as a matter of priority and to develop an strategy for the EU’s contribution to the international approach to criminal justice on the territory of Somalia;
