Les autorités italiennes ont appliqué la version italienne dudit règlement. Afin de permettre aux autorités italiennes de faire le nécessaire pour l'application du nouveau texte corrigé et ainsi ne pas créer des difficultés aux opérateurs, l'article 4, paragraphe 2, de ce règlement entre en application six mois plus tard en Italie.
The Italian authorities applied the Italian version of the Regulation and in order to permit them to take the steps necessary to apply the new, corrected text without creating difficulties for operators, Article 4(2) of this Regulation should enter into force six months later in Italy.

Cette erreur a fait apparaître à l'article 4, paragraphe 2, premier alinéa, dans la version italienne dudit règlement, la mention à l'article 9 de la directive 92/12/CEE au lieu de la mention à la directive 92/12/CEE dans sa totalité.
The first subparagraph of Article 4(2) of the Italian version of the Regulation refers to Article 9 of Directive 92/12/EEC rather than to Directive 92/12/EEC in its entirety.
