La disposition relative à la minorité de blocage étant demeurée inchangée, elle a introduit le présent recours le 21 février 2012, réclamant que des sanctions pécuniaires soient infligées à l’Allemagne pour défaut d’exécution complète de l’arrêt de 2007.
The provision on the blocking minority having remained unchanged, it brought the present action on 21 February 2012 seeking financial penalties against Germany for having failed to comply fully with the 2007 judgment.
