Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council, the Commission, the governments of the Member States, the Government and Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the governments and parliaments of the Muslim-Croat Federation and the Serbian Republic, the UN Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the governments and parliaments of Croatia and Serbia.

The elections supervised took place on 14th September 1996 and concerned the following institutions: the parliament of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the collective presidency of Bosnia Herzegovina, the parliaments of the two entities which constitute Bosnia-Herzegovina: the Muslim-Croat Federation and the Serb Republic; the presidency of the Serb Republic and the cantonal administrations.
