Calls on the Commission to follow an approach that is focused on reinforced cooperation and improvement of the implementation of the Directive as well as increased transparency, simplification and speeding up of the administrative procedures linked to it for companies posting workers, and asks the Commission to submit, by the end of 2007, in consultation with the European social partners, a report to Parliament and the Council on its evaluation of the progress made by Member States in the implementation and enforcement of the Directive and in the simplification of administrative procedures in the areas identified in the Guidance, as well as infringement procedures initiated against Member States, in order to assess whether additional actions or legislative measures are necessary.
