Je voudrais préciser que j’ai voté pour cet amendement des Verts car je conviens que le théâtre populaire ambulant qu’est le Parlement européen gaspille déjà assez d’argent de nos contribuables sans y ajouter la migration mensuelle de Bruxelles à Strasbourg.

J'espère donc que la nouvelle ligne budgétaire consacrée au financement des partis européens - ligne critiquée par certains, dont je suis - ne servira pas à fournir des ressources à ceux qui ont déjà gaspillé des ressources dégagées au niveau national et se sont même endettés.
I therefore hope that the newly created budgetary line – which a few people, myself included, have been critical of – for financing the European parties, is not used to award funds to those who have already squandered away funds made available at national level and are now in fact in debt.
