La même démarche devrait être adoptée, le cas échéant en arrêtant cas par cas une solution appropriée et en agissant à la demande des parties intéressées et sans préjudice de l'adoption par l'OMI d'interprétations harmonisées, pour les dispositions similaires applicables à d'autres types de navires couverts par les conventions de l'OMI.
The same approach should be followed, if necessary, adopting appropriate solutions on a case-by-case basis and acting at the request of the parties concerned, and without prejudice to the adoption of harmonised interpretations by the IMO, with regard to similar provisions related to other types of ships to which the IMO Conventions apply.
