Les opérations ne font pas l'objet d'un audit par la Commission ou l'autorité d'audit durant un exercice donné si la Cour des comptes européenne a déjà effectué un audit au cours de l'exercice concerné, à condition que les résultats du travail d'audit réalisé par la Cour des comptes européenne quant aux opérations concernées puissent être utilisés par l'autorité d'audit ou la Commission en vue de l'exécution de leurs missions respectives.

13.2 The beneficiary agrees to the Commission and the Court of Auditors of the European Communities verifying the use to which the grant is put in accordance with the Financial Regulation of 21 December 1977 applicable to the general budget of the European Communities, as amended, throughout the duration of the agreement and for five years after the date of completion of the operation.
