À la suite de ces consultations et compte tenu des commentaires fournis par les États membres et les autres parties intéressées ainsi qu'au vu des conclusions du rapport du consultant explicitées ci-dessus, le gouvernement espagnol a, au cours de l'été 1995, informé la Commission de sa volonté d'adapter la partie financière du programme notifié les 23 décembre 1994 et 20 janvier 1995.
As a result of these meetings and the comments submitted by the Member States and the other interested parties and the conclusions of the consultant's report set out above, the Spanish Government informed the Commission in the summer of 1995 of its willingness to adapt the financial part of the programme notified on 23 December 1994 and 20 January 1995.
