Ingo FRIEDRICH, vice-président du Parlement européen, M. Antonio DE LECEA, membre du cabinet du président de la Commission européenne et M. Francis JACOBS, avocat général de la Cour de justice, ainsi que de nombreux représentants des Parlements nationaux et régionaux.
All the political protagonists from the main European, national and regional institutions involved will be there alongside the members of the CoR’s Commission for Constitutional Affairs: Mr Ingo Friedrich, Vice-President of the European Parliament; Mr Antonio de Lecea, a member of the private office of the President of the European Commission; Mr Francis Jacobs, an Advocate General at the Court of Justice; and numerous representatives from national and regional parliaments.

In issuing this resolution, the CoR pledged the support of the EU's local and regional elected representatives for the increasing number of current initiatives seeking to take the intergovernmental negotiations forward, so that the European public can rapidly be given a Constitution as soon as the political conditions necessary for the essential consensus are in place.

Enfin, réunie en séance plénière, la Convention adoptera deux propositions différentes - un projet de Constitution et un projet d’accord de coopération - et les électeurs seront alors invités à exprimer leur préférence.
