(6) Le montant qui serait inclus, relativement à des intérêts indiqués comme étant payables sur quelque obligation, effet, billet, créance hypothécaire ou semblable valeur qui a été cédée ou autrement transférée à une personne résidant au Canada par une personne non-résidente, dans le calcul du revenu de l’auteur du transfert selon le paragraphe 20(14), si la partie I s’appliquait, est réputé, pour l’application de la présente partie, être un paiement d’intérêts sur cette obligation, effectué par le bénéficiaire du transfert en faveur de l’auteur du transfert lors de la cession ou autre transfert de l’obligation, si les conditions suivantes sont réunies :
