A total investment worth of ECU 304 million, will therefore be allocated to the development of the scientific and technological capabilities of Portugal, in accordance with the priorities for development negotiated between the Portuguese government and the Commission under the terms of the Community Support Framework (CSF) for Portugal, which was adopted at the end of October 1989.
