Dans ce contexte, le directeur exécutif de l'Agence devrait évaluer la possibilité de fournir cette aide et rendre compte de celle-ci au moins une fois par an au conseil d'administration.
In that light, the Agency's Executive Director should evaluate the admissibility of this assistance and report at least once a year on its provision to the Administrative Board.

13. Le directeur de l'Agence devait présenter, depuis 2000, des rapports d'activité trimestrielle au Parlement européen. Malheureusement, cela n'a pas été fait l'an dernier, et, dans sa résolution sur la décharge au directeur de l'Agence pour 2000, le PE soulignait, à la demande de la commission des affaires étrangères, l'importance du respect de cette obligation.

The Director of the Agency should have presented since the year 2000 quarterly activity reports to the European Parliament; unfortunately this was not the case last year and the EP resolution on the discharge to the Director of the Agency for 2000 insists, following the Committee on Foreign Affairs request, on the importance to respect this obligation.
