[10] Le budget du programme a été réduit par rapport au montant publié dans la communication de la Commission intitulée «Un budget pour la stratégie Europe 2020» (COM(2011) 500) en raison du fait que les actions visant à soutenir la normalisation seront financées, à concurrence d'un montant de 182 millions d'euros, en dehors du programme afin de maintenir leur structure et leur mise en oeuvre efficaces.
