Ainsi, tant à l’audience que dans ses observations du 19 mai 2008, elle aurait sollicité du Tribunal de la fonction publique qu’il demande la production desdits documents par l’adoption d’une mesure d’instruction, sous forme d’ordonnance, au lieu d’une simple mesure d’organisation de la procédure adoptée en vertu de l’article 55 du règlement de procédure du Tribunal de la fonction publique.
