SAINSBURY, sous-secrétaire d'Etat.
Mr Abel MATUTES, European Commissioner responsible for Latin America, delivered a speech at Canning House yesterday on EC/Latin American relations, as part of a short visit to London during which he also met Minister of State Mr Francis MAUDE, Minister for Overseas Development Mrs Lynda CHALKER and Parliamentary Under Secretary of State Mr SAINSBURY.
