Recognises the great attention paid by the Committee on Petitions to all petitions, but recommends a more proactive response to valid petitions through the involvement of the Committee in all steps of the petition process until its conclusion; believes that such systematic and thorough follow-up would raise the profile of this communications avenue and increase communication through action;
