"schadelijke interferentie": interferentie die het functioneren van een radionavigatiedienst of van andere veiligheidsvoorzieningen in gevaar brengt, of die een overeenkomstig de geldende internationale, communautaire of nationale voorschriften werkende radiocommunicatiedienst op een andere wijze ernstig verslechtert, hindert of herhaaldelijk onderbreekt;

(18) The provision of ancillary services, communication services, radar-supported air navigation and surveillance services, meteorological services and aeronautical information services should be organised under market conditions whilst taking into account the special features of such services and simultaneously maintaining a high level of safety .
(18) De verrichting van nevendiensten, communicatie-, luchtvaartnavigatie- en bewakingsdiensten (met radar) , meteorologische en luchtvaartinformatiediensten dient te worden georganiseerd onder marktvoorwaarden, met inachtneming van de bijzondere kenmerken van deze diensten en van een hoog veiligheidsniveau .
