Mr. Frazer: Mr. Speaker, the member withdrew his statement, but what he said was that he intended it to be in the plural, which means that he was calling me and every one of my colleagues in the House a racist.

I do not think it is totally fair that the member, although I do appreciate the fact that he withdrew his inappropriate statement, in his additional comments is still leaving an impression in the House that is not accurate for a number of reasons.
