In Alliston, Ontario, which is a few kilometers outside my constituency of Dufferin—Caledon, the war memorial outside the Alliston Legion was defaced with graffiti about a year ago. There were World War II veterans present, as well as Canadian Forces members visiting from nearby Base Borden. All expressed shock and outrage.
