Following Denmark's notification of the Commission of its decision to implement the content of Council Regulation (EC) No 4/2009 to the extent that it amends Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 and the content of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1142/2011 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, this agreement lists the Danish administrative authorities dealing with matters covered by these two regulations.

The rules on jurisdiction should not only prevent positive conflicts of jurisdiction (where two or more Member States want to judge a certain matter), but also negative conflicts of jurisdiction (where no Member State wants to judge a certain matter).
