In view of the above does not consider it necessary to include the carrier Air Astana into Annex A. However, taking into account the results of recent ramp inspections (13) performed at Community airports under the SAFA programme, as well as the commitment of Member States to further increase the number of ramp checks on aircraft operated by Air Astana to the Community, the Commission considers that it is appropriate to institute specific surveillance of the operations of Air Astana into the Community under strict conditions and therefore that its operations should be strictly limited to their present level and with the aircraft currently used. Consequently, on the basis of the common criteria, and under these conditions, this carrier should be included in Annex B.
Eu égard à ce qui précède, la Commission considère qu’il n’est pas nécessaire d’inscrire le transporteur Air Astana sur la liste de l’annexe A. Toutefois, compte tenu des résultats des inspections au sol (13) effectuées dernièrement dans les aéroports communautaires au titre du programme SAFA ainsi que de l’engagement pris par les États membres d’accroître encore le nombre de vérifications au sol des aéronefs exploités par Air Astana dans la Communauté, elle juge opportun de soumettre les activités exercées par ce transporteur sur le territoire de la Communauté à une surveillance spécifique, dans des conditions strictes, et donc de les maintenir rigoureusement à leur niveau actuel, avec les aéronefs actuellement utilisés. Dans ces conditions et sur la base des critères communs, ce transporteur devrait donc être inscrit sur la liste de l’annexe B.
