On the competitive situation of Air France on routes outside the EEA: the Court of First Instance ruled that the Commission had not analysed the competitive position of the company on these routes and drew attention to the fact that the conditions imposed on Air France regarding price leadership and capacity limits only apply to intra-EEA routes.
Sur la position concurrentielle d'Air France sur les lignes hors EEE : le Tribunal de Première Instance reproche entre autres à la Commission de ne pas avoir analysé la position compétitive de la compagnie sur ces routes, et souligne que les conditions en matière de prix et de capacité imposées à Air France en contrepartie de l'autorisation de l'aide ne s'appliquent qu'aux liaisons intra EEE.
