Through this new operation, Bayerische Vereinsbank AG has obtained global loans totalling DM 75 million.
Par cette nouvelle opération, la Bayerische Vereinsbank AG a obtenu des prêts globaux pour un montant total de 75 million de Deutsche Mark.

It is floating a five-year-nine-month DM 300 million loan carrying an interest rate of 5 3/8% and issued at par. The operation is lead-managed by the Deutsche Bank and co-managed by a group of banks comprising the Dresdner Bank, Bayerische Vereinsbank, Commerzbank, Schweizerischer Bandverein, Societe generale and Westdeutsche Landesbank, with an underwriting syndicate of some twenty banks.
Il s'agit d'un emprunt de 300 Mios de DM a 5 ans et 9 mois d'echeance comportant un taux d'interet de 5 3/8% et un prix d'emission au pair. Le chef de file est la Deutsche Bank a la tete d'un groupe de banques co-chefs de file comprenant Dresdner Bank, Bayerishe Vereinsbank, Commerzbank, Schweizerischer Bankverein, Societe generale et Westdeutsche Landesbank et d'un syndicat de garantie compose d'une vingtaine de banques.
