Given the complexity and the mixture of subjects contained in omnibus Bill C-15 currently stalled on the order paper, the sections respecting child pornography and sexual exploitation of children clearly should have formed the subject matter of a separate bill.
Compte tenu de la complexité et de la diversité des sujets abordés dans le projet de loi omnibus C-15 qui stagne actuellement au Feuilleton, les dispositions concernant la pornographie juvénile et l'exploitation sexuelle d'enfants devraient clairement faire l'objet d'un projet de loi distinct.
