What we have hoped, though, is that some of the judgmental neutron bombs that could be dropped, such as the threatened retroactivity of a duty that is disrupting the lumber market today in an unbelievable way, or the possibility of a section 301 or a special duty because of a surge of imports after the expiration of the Softwood Lumber Agreement.We have felt that if we got discussions underway, they might stop some of those add-ons to the destruction we could face anyway.
