Emphasises the need for more in-depth analysis of the role of women's rights in the context of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership, with a particular focus on areas requiring improvement and on the increased support that should be provided to civil society organisations working in this field, so that the numerous initiatives under way can receive the assistance they deserve from the EU;
