Deze geïntegreerde diensten zijn immers uiterst doeltreffend en moeders en kinderen maken er het meest gebruik van.

La stratégie de la coopération au développement belge en matière de santé donne la priorité à l'intégration des services, comme préconisé par l'Organisation mondiale de la Santé (OMS) (voir §3 du World Health Report 2008, p. 41-60, "Primary Health Care now more than ever") En effet, ces services sont les plus efficients et les mères et les enfants sont les principaux utilisateurs de ces services intégrés.
