Hierin is meegedeeld dat China National Agrochemical Corporation („CNAC”, China), die deel uitmaakt van China National Chemical Corporation („ChemChina”, een onderneming die volledig in handen is van de Chinese centrale regering), en Koor Industries („Koor”, Israël), die deel uitmaakt van IDB Group, in de zin van artikel 3, lid 1, onder b), van de EG-concentratieverordening de gezamenlijke zeggenschap verkrijgen over Makhteshim Agan Industries Ltd („MAI”, Israël) door de verwerving van aandelen.
Le 29 août 2011, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d'un projet de concentration par lequel les entreprises China National Agrochemical Corporation («CNAC», Chine), appartenant à China National Chemical Corporation («ChemChina», une entreprise détenue entièrement par les autorités centrales chinoises), et Koor Industries («Koor», Israël), appartenant au groupe IDB, acquièrent, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement CE sur les concentrations, le contrôle en commun de l'entreprise Makhteshim Agan Industries Ltd («MAI», Israël), par achat d'actions.
