Het doet mij daarom genoegen te zien dat het VK, zoals aangegeven in het recente Groenboek The Learning Age, voornemens is goed gebruik te maken van deze Europese financiering voor het bevorderen van levenslang leren, met name door de nieuwe University for Industry en de Individual Learning Accounts.
