Geïsoleerde gevallen van matige en voorbijgaande leukopenie en trombocytopenie werden soms vermeld; de behandeling zal dus doorgaans niet stopgezet moeten worden, maar een medische controle zal evenwel nodig zijn om de ernst en de evolutie van deze manifestaties te volgen; alleen in geval van aanzienlijke verergering zal de behandeling stopgezet moeten worden.

Des cas isolés de leucopénie et de thrombopénie modérées et passagères ont parfois été rapportés; le traitement ne devra donc généralement pas être interrompu, toutefois un contrôle médical sera nécessaire pour suivre la sévérité et l'évolution de ces manifestations, et seulement en cas d'aggravation importante, il conviendra d'interrompre le traitement.
