Om de planning, de coördinatie, de opvolging en de communicatie van de talrijke acties rond het project ”AFMPS-FAGG 2008” (zie verder) te verzekeren, is een ondersteunende opvolgingscel, de cel Program Management Office (PMO), opgericht.
