Preventing the recurrence of attempted suicide after dismissal from the General Hospital in collaboration with GPs”) and “Psychosociale opvang en evaluatie van suïcidepogers” (Psychosocial treatment and assessment of those who have attempted to commit suicide) (for further details see later in this report).
Le projet de prévention du suicide s’est engagé dans le développement et l’implémentation de projets pilote « Recidivepreventie in samenwerking met huisartsen bij suïcidepogers na ontslag uit het AZ » et « Psychosociale opvang en evaluatie van suïcidepogers » (voir plus loin dans ce rapport).

However, preventing the recurrence of suicidal behaviour is not an easy task, with suicidal persons usually showing very low compliance rates and having poor quality contacts with health facilities.
Un bon suivi et la prévention de récidive revêtent une grande importance chez les suicidants, vu qu’une tentative de suicide est le plus important facteur de risque d’aboutir à un suicide réussi. Cette prévention de récidive n’est pourtant pas facile, étant donné que les patients suicidaires ont généralement une compliance très basse et un contact difficile avec les dispositifs de santé.
