Pamidronate EG 3 mg/ml mag niet toegediend worden aan patiënten met ernstige nierfunctiestoornissen (creatinineklaring < 30 mL/min) tenzij in geval van een levensbedreigende tumorgeïnduceerde hypercalciëmie waarbij de voordelen van de behandeling opwegen tegen de potentiële risico’s (zie ook rubriek 4.4 en 5.2).
Pamidronate EG 3 mg/ml ne doit pas être administré aux patients souffrants de troubles sévères de la fonction rénale (clairance de la créatinine < 30 mL/min) sauf en cas d’une hypercalcémie d’origine tumorale susceptible de causer la mort, où les avantages sont plus grands que les risques potentiels (voir également rubriques 4.4 et 5.2).
