Via mijn eindwerk DES (Master in Food Science – Licenciaat in hygiëne en technologie van eetwaren van dierlijke oorsprong) aan de ULg onder begeleiding van Prof. Georges DAUBE ben ik er vrij eenvoudig ingeburgerd geraakt.
