Leveraandoeningen Leverfalen, inclusief fatale gevallen, is gerapporteerd bij patiënten die werden behandeld met lenalidomide in combinatie met dexamethason: acuut leverfalen, toxische hepatitis, cytolytische hepatitis, cholestatische hepatitis en gemengde cytolytische/cholestatische hepatitis.

Les autres effets indésirables observés lors du suivi de pharmacovigilance du thalidomide et qui n’ont pas été observés dans l’étude pivot comprennent : nécrolyse épidermique toxique (voir rubrique 4.4), obstruction intestinale, hypothyroïdie, dysfonctionnement érectile, syndrome de lyse tumorale (voir rubrique 4.4), perforations gastro-intestinales, réactions allergiques (hypersensibilité, angioœdème/urticaire) (voir rubrique 4.4), diminution de l’audition ou surdité, insuffisance rénale, infarctus du myocarde (voir rubrique 4.4), aggravation des symptômes parkinsoniens, infections graves (telles que septicémie fatale avec choc septique) (voir rubrique 4.4), convulsions, fibrillation auriculaire, bloc auriculo-ventriculaire (voir rubrique 4.4), troubles menstruels dont aménorrhée (voir rubrique 4.4), pancréatite, hémorragie digestive (voir rubrique 4.4), affections hépatiques (voir rubrique 4.4) et syndrome d’encéphalopathie postérieure réversible (SEPR).
