De gebruikelijke dosering is 5 mg bisoprolol en 12,5 mg hydrochloorthiazide eenmaal daags (stemt overeen met een filmomhulde tablet Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 5 mg/12,5 mg filmomhulde tabletten 1/2 filmomhulde tablet Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 10 mg/25 mg filmomhulde tabletten).
La dose habituelle est de 5 mg de bisoprolol et 12,5 mg d'hydrochlorothiazide une fois par jour (l'équivalent d'un comprimé pelliculé de Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 5 mg /12,5 mg comprimés pelliculés ou d'un demi-comprimé pelliculé de Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 10 mg /25 mg comprimés pelliculés).

Na een langetermijnbehandeling moet de behandeling met Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 5 mg/12,5 mg filmomhulde tabletten Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 10 mg/25 mg filmomhulde tabletten geleidelijk worden verminderd (dosering gehalveerd over verloop van 7-10 dagen) - vooral bij patiënten met ischemisch hartlijden - omdat een plotselinge stopzetting van de behandeling kan leiden tot een acute verslechtering van de aandoening van de patiënt (zie rubriek 4.4).
