Behandeling bij overdosering Als er tekenen van overdosering optreden of als de hartfrequentie en/of de bloeddruk tot een alarmerend niveau dalen, moet de behandeling met Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 5 mg/12,5 mg filmomhulde tabletten Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 10 mg/25 mg filmomhulde tabletten onverwijld worden stopgezet.
Traitement en cas de surdosage S'il apparaît des signes de surdosage ou si la fréquence cardiaque et/ou la tension artérielle diminuent dans des proportions alarmantes, le traitement par Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 5 mg /12,5 mg comprimés pelliculés / Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 10 mg /25 mg comprimés pelliculés doit être arrêté immédiatement.

Na een langetermijnbehandeling moet de behandeling met Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 5 mg/12,5 mg filmomhulde tabletten Co-Bisoprolol Sandoz 10 mg/25 mg filmomhulde tabletten geleidelijk worden verminderd (dosering gehalveerd over verloop van 7-10 dagen) - vooral bij patiënten met ischemisch hartlijden - omdat een plotselinge stopzetting van de behandeling kan leiden tot een acute verslechtering van de aandoening van de patiënt (zie rubriek 4.4).

Na langdurig gebruik moet de behandeling met CO-BISOPROLOL TEVA 5 mg / 12,5 mg of CO- BISOPROLOL TEVA 10 mg / 25 mg geleidelijk afgebouwd worden (de dosis halveren gedurende 7-10 dagen) – vooral bij patiënten met een ischemische hartziekte – aangezien abrupt staken van de behandeling kan leiden tot een acute verslechtering van de toestand van de patiënt (zie rubriek 4.4).

L’administration de clonidine ne doit pas être arrêtée tant que le traitement par CO- BISOPROLOL TEVA 5 mg / 12,5 mg ou CO-BISOPROLOL TEVA 10 mg / 25 mg n’a pas été arrêté depuis plusieurs jours.
