Als het gaat om de volgende twee protocollen : het « Protocol voor de officiële bepaling van de kwaliteit en de samenstelling van melk geleverd aan kopers » van het Melkcontrolecentrum Vlaanderen, en het « Protocole pour la détermination de la qualité et de la composition du lait fourni aux acheteurs » van het Comité du Lait stelt het Wetenschappelijk Comité voor om de naam en de kenmerken van deze protocollen in dit koninklijk besluit op te nemen aangezien die zeer expliciet zijn wat de gedetailleerde taakverdeling betreft.
