Hydrochloorthiazide De absorptie van hydrochloorthiazide is verstoord in aanwezigheid van anionenuitwisselaars (bv. cholestyramine en colestipol harsen). Cytotoxische middelen: Bij gelijktijdig gebruik van hydrochloorthiazide en cytotoxische middelen (bv. cyclofosfamide, fluorouracil, methotrexaat) is verhoogde beenmergtoxiciteit (in het bijzonder granulocytopenie) te verwachten.
Agents cytotoxiques: L’administration concomitante d’hydrochlorothiazide et d’agents cytotoxiques (tels que le cyclophosphamide, le fluorouracile ou le méthotrexate) peut potentialiser leurs effets myélosuppressifs (avec en particulier une granulocytopénie).
